Strategic Partnership Proposal for Duane & Tasha
During our conversation with Tasha, we talked about where you are and where you want to go with your transitional housing business.
Right now, you have strong social presence, webinars, and events that generate consistent interest from people who want to get into transitional housing as a business model. You have a proven $25,000 1:1 coaching offer that works well, but it caps you at 4-10 people per quarter. You also have your $97/month My School community, which provides evergreen access.
The gap we identified: There's no middle offer. No cohort-based structure. No clear pipeline that takes someone from discovering you on social or at an event all the way through to paid enrollment. Leads are scattered, follow-up is manual, and you're not capturing the full revenue potential from the attention you're already generating.
You're stuck in a difficult position:
This means you're either burning yourself out doing intensive 1:1 work, or you're leaving money on the table with low-ticket offerings.
The opportunity isn't to do more 1:1. It's to build a middle offer that:
Your evergreen, low-ticket entry point. Always available. People access content and community at their own pace. This remains your foundational offer.
This is what we're building the infrastructure for. A 6-month cohort-based program where you teach 100+ people the fundamentals of getting into transitional housing, building a strategy, and launching their first deals.
Launched quarterly (4 times per year). You decide on the curriculum structure and delivery based on what works for you. We handle the enrollment pipeline that captures interest and converts it to paid buyers.
Revenue at $2,400:
For graduates of the $2,400 accelerator who are serious and want intensive, hands-on support. You + your coaching team delivering personalized guidance, deal reviews, strategy sessions, and ongoing accountability.
Still a group setting (not 1:1), launched quarterly. This is your ascension play and where your best students go when they're ready for next-level support.
We'll build a complete GoHighLevel system that captures, tracks, and enrolls people into your $2,400 accelerator. Here's what's included:
Important: You'll need a team member, operations person, or virtual assistant to manage the day-to-day execution of this system (monitoring leads, sending follow-ups, moving people through stages, coordinating with your sales team). The infrastructure automates the process, but your team executes it.
We build the enrollment machine. You run the business. Here's what that means:
We map out your current sales process, understand your audience, clarify your $2,400 offer, understand your team structure, and plan how the system will work.
Weekly calls with you and your team to ensure we understand exactly what needs to be built.
We build the complete GoHighLevel system: pipeline, forms, automations, follow-up sequences, onboarding flow, team notifications, and reporting.
Weekly calls continue to review progress, answer questions, and adjust as needed.
We test the entire system end-to-end. Your team gets trained on how to operate it. We make final adjustments. Everything is ready to go live.
Weekly calls finalize any last details and prepare for launch.
Weekly calls throughout the 60 days keep us aligned and ensure your team understands the system as we build it.
Per month
6-Month Minimum Commitment = $14,982 total
This covers your complete 60-day infrastructure build, weekly calls with your team throughout, final training, and launch preparation. After day 60, this investment continues for ongoing support, optimization, and system management.
What's Included:
Your investment in this infrastructure: $14,982 total (6 months at $2,497/month)
Your first $2,400 cohort at 50% capacity (50 people): 50 × $2,400 = $120,000
Your first $2,400 cohort at full capacity (100 people): 100 × $2,400 = $240,000
Your investment pays for itself in the first 1-2 weeks of cohort sales. After that, it's all profit with a system already built and running.
And this repeats 4 times per year. Once the infrastructure is built, you launch the same system quarterly. The machine is already in place.
