We'll build a complete GoHighLevel system that captures, tracks, and enrolls people into your $2,400 accelerator. Here's what's included:

  • Clean lead and enrollment pipeline (organized by stage and status)
  • Lead source tracking (webinar, event, social, ad, referral, direct)
  • Tags and smart lists (so your team can see who needs follow-up)
  • Automated follow-up sequences (for engaged leads and attendees)
  • Application or booking flow (qualified application process)
  • Abandoned checkout recovery (automated sequences to recover lost sales)
  • Buyer onboarding (first experience after purchase)
  • Internal team notifications (so nothing falls through the cracks)

Important: You'll need a team member, operations person, or virtual assistant to manage the day-to-day execution of this system (monitoring leads, sending follow-ups, moving people through stages, coordinating with your sales team). We build the enrollment machine. You run the business. Here's what that means:

  • Curriculum & Content: You create and deliver the 6-month accelerator curriculum in whatever format works for you (recorded modules, live sessions, workbooks, etc.)
  • Group Calls & Coaching: You host the group calls, deliver the teaching, and provide the expertise. Your coaching team helps with support and community engagement.
  • Community & Member Experience: Your team monitors the community, answers questions, provides feedback, and creates the day-to-day experience for members.
  • Traffic & Sales: You drive people to the enrollment page through webinars, events, social media, and conversations. You or your sales team close applications and have enrollment conversations.
  • Operations Support: You have someone managing the day-to-day pipeline (checking tasks, following up with leads, moving people through stages).

The 60-Day Build

Days 1-15: Onboarding & Discovery

We map out your current sales process, understand your audience, clarify your $2,400 offer, understand your team structure, and plan how the system will work.

Weekly calls with you and your team to ensure we understand exactly what needs to be built.

Days 16-45: Infrastructure Build

We build the complete GoHighLevel system: pipeline, forms, automations, follow-up sequences, onboarding flow, team notifications, and reporting.

Weekly calls continue to review progress, answer questions, and adjust as needed.

Days 46-60: Testing, Training & Launch Prep

We test the entire system end-to-end. Your team gets trained on how to operate it. We make final adjustments. Everything is ready to go live.

Weekly calls finalize any last details and prepare for launch.
